美國有名的甜點::Key Lime Pie!據說Key Lime是佛羅里達州特別品種的檸檬.之後Key lime pie變成檸檬派的統稱而Key Lime Pie又是一個零失敗的點心所以非常適合在家自己做!!

將18片消化餅乾桿麵棍桿碎(或用果汁機或食物調理機打碎)加入融化奶油攪拌後再倒入九吋的圓形烤盤努力壓平如圖所示 (烤盤要先抹一層油方便之後脫模)放入烤箱180度烤八分鐘放涼備用現成的派皮若懶得做派皮的人可以買現成的 )

檸檬皮只取綠色的部分刨絲1大匙的量約 15 g

現擠檸檬汁1/2杯 (150 g )

將4顆蛋黃+390g 煉乳+150g 檸檬汁+15g 刨絲檸檬皮攪拌均勻

攪拌好之後就可倒入派皮裡

烤箱預熱180度烤十分鐘取出放涼之後放入冰箱冷藏兩小時以上即可享用
